Digital Printing
Digital printing of labels, text books, brochures and banners ranging from a laminated business card to a 1200mm length banner. We can use fluro inks and print in a secure/invisible ink that will only show up under a special light.
Injet Printing
Ink jet process is perfect for text books and paperbacks that need to make use of colour printing on a range of suitable papers at a very competitive cost. We offer both flat sheet SRA3 and reel fed options so that we can meet your budget requirements.
Offset Printing
Offset printing may be old fashioned to some, but our facility is ideal for generating shells for overprinting with variable data as well as office stationery, NCR pads and for those special colours that need to be carefully mixed.
Invoice Books
Duplicate or triplicate, numbered and perforated, NCR (no carbon required). A5 or A4 size.
Paper Back Books
Paper back books, with flaps or a book jacket or even in a slip case. Usually Perfect or PUR bound. Text can be printed as Inkjet, Digital or Offset on a variety of book papers.
Notepads
Usually as 50 or 100 sheets per A4 pad. Lined and hole drilled, padded at the head using a white or cream tinted bond paper – 80 or 100gsm weight. Can be wire or spiral bound as an option.
Perfect Binding
Glued with a cold set or PUR glue we can bind books with a soft cover and with a spine dimension of 5mm to 45mm. Covers are usually of 250gsm to 350gsm with a protective gloss, matt or velvet lamination available.
Saddle Stitch
Multiple sheets folded, collated and stapled into a cover. Our automated binding unit can make catalogues of up to 80 pages.
Spiral Bind
A continuous loop of plastic, in a wide range of colours, can bind up to 32mm diameter. Ideal for school text books and training manuals.
